One of the leading broadband offering companies, Tikona has indeed proved its worth as being a reliable partner when it comes to broadband connections. I have had the internet connection for quite some time and I am pretty satisfied.
I use Tikona wi fi service, and it has exceeded my expectations in the last few months. Quite strangely some of the best names in the industry could not delight me as much as this connection did. Looking forward to up gradation though!

First of all thanks for the prompt action taken by the company regarding various issues of my connection.I was really fed up of the delayed services of the staff of Indore as well as company. I was thinking to switch to some other company but all thanks and credit goes to “Bharti Madam” of Pune who has taken pain for my serious problems and has taken immediate action in this regard and resolved my issues.This will give inspiration to other team members also.Once again many thanks to Bharti Madam and off course the nodal officer of M.P.

I would like to state that I called tikona customer care for technical support regarding my iPad internet configuration from my existing Tikona connection.
While in the past I have faced problems with Tikona Customer care, I would like to state that Mr Vishal was fully aware of how to resolve the issue and he patiently guided me through the entire process and helped me to finally use my Tikona connection on my iPad.

I agree all the comments but what about us? Can u believe i am chasing TIKONA from past 2 years for a connection and the answer from TIKONA is we are very sorry this internet service is only for the people who stay in building not for those who stay in bungalow. I want to ask why is this difference we are ready to pay , ready to give our area to us than to we are not getting the connection. Is this ur (TIKONA) mission and vision pls let me know…..
